This site collects almost nothing. There is no account and no newsletter. When you ring or WhatsApp RS Motors, the number you call from and what you send are held by the business. They are used to deal with your enquiry and for nothing else.
What This Site Collects
Nothing is entered on this site. Contact happens by phone or WhatsApp to 086 800 0001. What you send that way, photos of a car, a registration, a message, is kept only as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry or complete a sale. It is not passed to anyone else. Sale paperwork is kept for as long as Irish law requires a motor trader to keep it.
Cookies
No analytics or advertising tags are set on this site at the time of writing. If that changes, this page will say which tags are set and a consent notice will appear before any of them loads. The map on the contact page is served by Google and may set cookies of its own. It loads only when that page is opened.
Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask what information RS Motors hold about you. You can ask for it to be corrected, or deleted where there is no legal reason to keep it. Ring or WhatsApp 086 800 0001 to make any of those requests. You will have an answer within a month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission if you are not satisfied.
